We are Musicians

It’s no secret that Music is an integral part of our school, interwoven into our school life. Our curriculum is tailored to our children, using the CUSP scheme, notation and music theory.

To enhance our music offering, we offer lessons in:

  • cello
  • Flute
  • saxophone
  • recorder
  • piano
  • guitar
  • ukuleke

Every week we hold a singing assembly, as well as our ‘Play-us-in Fridays’ , where a different pupil performs an instrument piece for us as we enter the hall for assembly. Our award-winning choir have a very busy calendar performing at local events, including Dickensian Festival, busking at Booths, Light up a Life, performing at local care homes and much more.We also offer music clubs to enrich the children’s experience of music. The music clubs we have had over the last two years include :
